Growing up in a family with limited resources, I learned early that nothing would be handed to me. But I also learned something far more important:
If you work hard enough, life bends in your favor.
I was a sharp student, determined to grow beyond my circumstances. I earned a scholarship and completed my education with top marks — not because things were easy, but because I knew education was my ticket to a better life.
But my real journey began at the age of 17.
The Young Boy Who Started Before He Was Ready
At 17, I stepped into the world with no roadmap, no money, and no experience — just hunger and ambition.
I went into the market to learn anything I could.
I took my first telemarketing job, waking up at 3:30 AM every morning to match Australian hours. I still wake up at that time today — a reminder that the hustle doesn’t stop just because life gets better.
Every day, I made 700+ calls, generating business for Aussie clients.
My English wasn’t great.
Rejection was constant.
But I kept going.
Because I believed that if I didn’t quit, something would eventually change.
And it did.
The Stepping Stones That Built My Foundation
In 2019, I moved into mortgage lead generation — the turning point that opened my eyes to the Australian finance industry.
Then came a role as a fraud analyst at Barclays, where I learned risk, discipline, and analytical thinking.
Later, digital marketing taught me how to scale businesses through systems and strategy.
Every job, every rejection, every night I went home exhausted…
They were all building me for something bigger.
The Leap That Changed My Life Forever
In 2022, I took a step most people are afraid to take —
I started my own company.
It was my boldest move.
My proudest risk.
My hardest lesson.
I began with lead generation for mortgage brokers — and when my partners left, instead of quitting, I transformed everything.
I built Remote Staffing, a company that fills a real gap in the Australian mortgage industry:
providing highly trained, reliable, remote loan processors and backend support from India.
It wasn’t easy.
Some days felt impossible.
But the only direction I knew was forward.
The Anchor That Keeps Me Grounded
When you grow fast in life, success can make you feel invincible.
But I’ve learned something:
You must always stay grounded.
For me, that anchor is Lord Krishna.
His teachings guide me every day —
to stay humble, stay focused, keep walking my path, and trust the timing of my life.
When challenges come, Krishna teaches patience.
When ego rises, Krishna teaches surrender.
When doubt creeps in, Krishna teaches faith.
He is the reason I never lose myself in the noise of growth.
Building Remote Staffing — Bit by Bit, Heart by Heart
Today, I run Remote Staffing with 15 loyal clients and a growing team of talented people.
But here’s the truth:
My team is everything.
They stood with me during long nights, risky decisions, delayed payments, and stressful days.
They believed in my vision even when the world didn’t.
I try every day to keep them happy, motivated, and growing — because I know one thing:

The rest falls into place on its own.
